The Golden Visa is valid to reside, live and work throughout the European Union. the duration is one year, it is also valid for the wife and children.

It does not oblige to reside in Spain and can be renewed twice for periods of two years each time.

After five years, you can apply for long-term residence and if you wish, with additional time, Spanish nationality. This occurs even if the property has been sold.
